Privacy Notice
Draft
This notice has been drafted to reflect how this site currently collects and uses information, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Confirm it meets the requirements of any jurisdiction you serve (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) before treating it as final.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to share them. We do not require an account and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every request, such as IP address, browser type, and access times, as part of operating and securing the site.
How We Use Information
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry, evaluate requests related to our services (Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Software Development, Enterprise Solutions, Cloud & Architecture, Automation, Product Development, Mobile App Development, IT Consulting, and Support & Maintenance), and keep records of our business communications. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting and content-delivery provider, may set a limited number of strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as distinguishing legitimate visitors from bots. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, this notice will be updated.
Third-Party Services
Two service providers process data on our behalf: Web3Forms, which relays contact form submissions (name, company, email, phone, and message) to us by email, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and handles requests, including standard connection data such as IP address. Each processes information under its own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us, or to object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
